CNY pretty late huh?

Hey all, I want to share something with you about my 30cap meh. Do you know what 30cap meh is? it's like, before our new year, we would have to eat together with our family members before the new year come. I know it's pretty late, but at least I can share it to you right?

Ok, first this dish is the first dish for my dinner. It's call as, yusheng.


Yup! yusheng, this dish, contain of, pickled carrot, radish, ginger, cabbage. Some, mashed peanut, sesame, 5 Chinese herbs, pepper and salt. and last but not least, is salmon.Those different ingredients, has the different meanings. Like, prosperity, happiness, and luck. And as our tradition, usually we like to mix them up, together with our chopsticks. And, the taste is like mango salad with a lime dressing on it. It's juicy, crispy, and the tenderness from salmon.
And the second dish is, shark fin soups. Honestly, it's nice but please don't put shark fin on it. It's to... ugghh!
HMm. scallop! this is call as stir fry scallop with broccoli. the first time i taste this, it's spicy, and the scallop was just like a fish meat, but it's much nicer than fish, because the taste like a combined fish and meat.
Stir fry Chinese noodles, the noodles was good, and the taste is also good!
this is what i like most! galah shrimp roasted with cheese. they just roast it with mayonaise and cheese on the top of the shrimp. And, voila! The shrimp texture is so soft and sweet.

So, this my 30cap meh dinner. So, how bout you?

New templates

Anyway, I forgot to tell you that I had change my blog templates, about 1 month ago maybe?
Is it beautiful? I love the colour and the flower pattern on it. My friend, Veronica lestari, had changed my blog into this beautiful picture, and my profile content too.

Today, I thought, that tomorrow, we will have our holiday. And I was yay! Arrggh but went I to school, they said, holiday will start on Wednesday.. Hmmm

Time has gone really fast for me.

I am in senior high two, not more than half years, I will had my senior high 3. It's..

woow...
the purpose i am writing about this topic is, when i just watched Michelle Phan video about graduation tutorial. Thinking about, what king of dress or toga that i will wear it in graduation, what kind of shoes, hairstyle, and.. I couldn't believe that, the fututre is waiting for us. Yeah, I can't imagine how would it be..

It's just, you have to prepare it now, so you'll not feel dissapointed disappointed later on.

Potato Cheese Soup

Last tuesday, I had my CCA cooking at school. We made, German food, we should draw for each group, who is gonna get, viand, dessert, soups, and drinks. We got soups, so we cooked potato cheese soup, that contains carrot, potato, cheese, and mayonnaise, black pepper.

My teacher said it was good. But some of my friends said, it's to salty and sour.. maybe because I put to many mayonnaise and cheese on it. I had learned something from this cca cooking actually, when we cook the soup, and i tried it. It was good. Yes it was good, for me. But for my teacher, she said 'I can't taste the black pepper'

Yep, that means i should be very detailed to taste the soup. Like, we put onion on it, mayonnaise on it, or cheese, we should have the taste of onion, cheese and mayonnaise. So from my point of view is, everything that we have done it, we should be very detailed on every parts of it. No matter how tiny or not important those things are.
